BOYCE F. MARTIN, JR., Circuit Judge.

Justin Duckro pled guilty to two counts of a fifteen count indictment, for the theft of firearms (18 U.S.C. § 922(u)) and the use of firearms in connection with a drug transaction (18 U.S.C. § 924(c)). After providing significant assistance to the government in prosecuting several of his accomplices, he was sentenced to a total of sixty-six months imprisonment for both counts. Duckro’s sentencing occurred pri- or to the Supreme Court’s decision in United States v. Booker, 543 U.S. 220, 261, 125 S.Ct. 738, 160 L.Ed.2d 621 (2005). The district court…
