Tbe plaintiff recovered a judgment for $300 on account of personal injuries sustained by reason of alleged negligence on tbe part of tbe defendants by whom be was employed at tbe time of bis injuries.

Tbe petition, after alleging that plaintiff was in tbe employ of tbe defendants, pleads that be was sent to hang some electrical fixtures which be took with him from defendant’s place of business in tbe city of Springfield to tbe editorial room of tbe Springfield Missouri Republican in the Republican Building, and that tbe defendants furnished him a stepladder with which to do bis work which was…
