The appellees obtained a judgment in an amount in excess of $100,000 against W. C. “Bill” Brickey and Barbara Brickey and Multi-Minerals, Inc. on which writs of execution were issued in June 1982. The Sheriff, acting under one of the writs, levied on all the property located at Multi-Minerals’ mining site. Among the items seized are a 40 foot float-trailer and an Ingersoll wagon drill with stems.
