Properly before us, this case would have presented the interesting question of whether the appellant, Maryland Metals, Inc., “is engaged in the ‘... recycling of automotive components’ ” or operates a “junkyard” as that term is defined by Washington County Zoning Ordinance, art. 28, § 28.35. The issue, however, is not before us for the reasons stated infra.
