This case is before the court on petition for review of a decision of the court of appeals, In re Marriage of Nichols v. Nichols, 156 Wis. 2d 503, 457 N.W.2d 492 (1990). The court of appeals reversed an order of the circuit court for Burnett county, Harry F. Gundersen, Circuit Judge, which denied Mitzi Nichols' (Mitzi) motion for an increase in maintenance.
