TOMLIN, Judge.

This case originated in the Chancery Court of Hardin County. The plaintiff brought a suit for the recovery of sales commissions allegedly due and owing him by the defendant, his former employer. The defendant filed a counterclaim, alleging that the plaintiff, while an employee, appropriated confidential and secret information which he utilized for his own gain. The case was tried with a jury, resulting in a verdict for the plaintiff in the amount of $10,320. The defendant’s counterclaim was dismissed.
