In a proceeding to challenge the nomination of Matthew F. Coppolla, John J. Barry, Jr., and Daniel A. O’Connor, who was replaced by James Manning, as candidates of the Right to Life Party for the public offices of Justice of the Supreme Court in the Ninth Judicial District, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Fredman, J.), entered October 13, 1994, which dismissed the proceeding.
