ORDER

The plaintiff, Linda Recard, appeals pro se from a Family Court order denying her motion for visitation with her two children, Toni1 and Tiffany Polite, who are in the custody of their father, the defendant, Anthony Polite. This case came before the Supreme Court for oral argument on October 31, 2007, pursuant to an order directing the parties to appear and show cause why the issues raised in this appeal should not summarily be decided. After hearing the arguments and examining the memo-randa submitted by the parties, we are of the opinion that this appeal may be decided at this time…
