MEMORANDUM ON RECONSIDERATION OF TRUSTEE’S MOTION TO INSPECT AND COPY RECORDS
CLIVE W. BARE, Bankruptcy Judge.
At issue is whether the trustee is entitled to inspect and copy certain records of the debtor currently in the custody of the United States. The records in question, seized pursuant to a federal search warrant, were removed from the involuntary debtor’s former residence subsequent to the entry of the order for relief.
