DUPREE, Senior District Judge:

William Henry Stokley appeals his sentence to a term of six years imprisonment after he pled guilty to destroying by explosives property affecting interstate commerce resulting in personal injury in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 844(i). Since the offense occurred after November 1, 1987, the sentence imposed was governed by the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984, 18 U.S.C. §§ 3551, et seq. The sole issue on appeal is whether the district court erred in determining that Stokley “physically restrained” the victim in the course of the offense as that term is used within…
