—In an action to foreclose a mortgage, the defendant Leonard W. Houston, appeals, as administrator of the estate of Louis Houston, Sr., and separately appeals, in his individual capacity, as limited by his respective briefs, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County (McGuirk, J.), dated November 13, 2001, as granted those branches of the plaintiffs motion which were for summary judgment and the appointment of a referee to compute.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
