Kathleen Mole commenced this action alleging that Buckhorn Rubber Products, Inc. (“Buckhorn”), violated the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101-12213 (“ADA”), and the Missouri Human Rights Act, Mo.Rev.Stat. § 213.055.1(1) (“MHRA”), when it fired her for persistent poor job performance despite knowledge of her disabilities, multiple sclerosis (“MS”) and severe depression.
