The sole question presented on this appeal is:. Have the Courts of this State the authority to annul the judgments and decrees of a sister state ?

The parties herein were first, married in 1911. They have lived in Madison County, Tennessee, for over twenty-five. years. They were divorced and remar-ried. After the second marriage they again were unable to make a go of the marriage when the appellant, wife, sued, for and was granted. separate maintenance.
