Timothy Jamal Henderson was indicted by a Gwinnett County grand jury for armed robbery, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. A jury acquitted him of armed robbery and one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, while finding him guilty of aggravated assault, one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
