Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed August 16, 1999, which ruled that claimant’s accident did not arise out of and in the course of her employment and denied her claim for workers’ compensation benefits.
Claimant, a warehouse worker and driver, sustained facial injuries when she fell from the employer-owned van that she was using to deliver magazines.
