MEMORANDUM Before the Court is a Motion to Compel Arbitration (“the Motion”) filed by Plaintiffs Denise M. Onderko and Joseph J. Onderko (hereinafter, collectively known as “Plaintiffs”) on January 12, 2021. (Doc. 32). This matter has been fully briefed and is ripe for disposition. (Doc. 32; Doc. 34; Doc. 37; Doc. 38).
