OPINION
J. WOODFIN JONES, Chief Justice.
A jury found appellant Derrick Ramon Ford guilty of three counts of engaging in organized criminal activity and assessed his punishment for each count at eight years in prison and a $10,000 fine. 1 Appel lant contends that the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to sustain these convictions. He also urges that venue was not proved and that his trial counsel rendered ineffective assistance. Because we agree with appellant that the evidence is legally insufficient to sustain his convictions on two of the three counts, we reverse those…
