This is an original proceeding in discipline filed by the office of the Disciplinaiy Administrator against Kiehl Rathbun of Wichita, an attorney licensed to practice law in Kansas. This action arose from several disciplinary complaints. A disciplinary panel of the Kansas Board for the Discipline of Attorneys conducted a formal hearing, as required by Kansas Supreme Court Rule 211 (2002 Kan. Ct. R. Annot. 260).
