The defendants have appealed a judgment, which, among other things, ordered the termination of two family trusts. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
FACTUAL BACKGROUND AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
On July 11, 1996, Douglas Lamar Cock-erham, Sr. (Lamar) and Ruth C. Cocker-ham (Ruth) established a family trust known as the Cockerham Revocable Trust (revocable trust or first trust).
