Appellant Robert Parmer was convicted by a jury of the offenses of burglary of a habitation(1) and aggravated sexual assault.(2) The jury assessed his punishment at thirty-five years' imprisonment for the burglary offense and forty-two years' imprisonment for aggravated sexual assault.
