— In a proceeding pursuant to Election Law article 16, inter alia, to enjoin the Board of Elections of the City of New York from counting any ballots upon which the petitioner’s name does not appear, cast in a special election conducted on June 10, 1986, for the public office of member of Congress in the Sixth Congressional District, the petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County (Sherman, J.), dated July 1, 1986, which dismissed the proceeding. (This appeal was transferred to this court by order of the Appellate Division, First Department, dated July 2, 1986.)
