The Municipality of Metropolitan Seattle (Metro) appeals the finding entered by the trial court that the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals erred in deciding that as of April 19, 1983, claimant Metro bus driver Ber*472tram J. Du Pont's condition related to his industrial injury was fixed and further treatment was not indicated. Metro also appeals the court's denial of its motion to prevent Du Pont from submitting proof on the issue of whether his claim should have been closed. We affirm the trial court.
