Plaintiff Donald M. Feeley Sr. (hereinafter plaintiff) and his wife, derivatively, commenced this personal injury action against defendants for injuries plaintiff sustained on March 3, 1997, after being catapulted from the top of a tractor-trailer while attempting to pry loose three cable wires.
