Defendant was charged in an indictment with robbery in the first degree and grand larceny in the fourth degree, stemming from his involvement in the robbery of a restaurant. Defendant pleaded guilty to the reduced charge of robbery in the second degree in full satisfaction of the indictment and waived his right to appeal. County Court thereafter sentenced defendant to six *1319years in prison, to be followed by five years of postrelease supervision. Defendant now appeals.
