Mrs. Naff instituted this suit against her husband and five other individuals to recover $575, alleged to be due her for stenographic services.

The jury returned a verdict against all six of the defendants for the full amount sued for.

All of the defendants, except Mrs. Naff’s husband, filed a motion for a new trial, which was granted as to one and overruled as to the others. Judgment was en tered against the four for $575, together with the costs of the suit, and execution was ordered to issue.
