LOKEN, Circuit Judge.

Gregory A. Fields conditionally pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of- 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1) and 924(a)(2). He appeals the district court’s denial of his motion to suppress the firearm, which was seized during an investigative stop. 1 Fields also appeals his 37-month sentence.
