THIS MATTER comes before the Court upon the Debtors’ objection to the Proof of Claim filed by the Resolution Trust Corporation (“RTC”) in the amount of One Hundred and Sixty Five Thousand, Fifty-Three and 22/100 ($165,053.22) Dollars. The RTC’s unsecured claim is based upon a guaranty provided by the Debtors to North Carolina Federal Savings and Loan (“Bank”), the RTC’s predecessor, which secured a loan made by the Bank to Pinewood Builders of South Carolina, Inc., by way of a note and mortgage dated November 30, 1988.
