This is an appeal to this court from a judgment of the Nineteenth Judicial District Court for the Parish of East Baton Rouge, affirming Order No. 4721 rendered, by the Louisiana Public Service Commission under date of December 10, 1947, which denied to appellant, Perry J. Burke, his application to the Louisiana Public Service Commission for an order directing Guy A. Thompson, trustee for the New Iberia & Northern Railroad Company and the Iberia, St. Mary & Eastern Railroad Company, common carriers subject to the rules and regulations of the Public Service Commission and the…
