MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This cause is before the court on the motion of plaintiff Ranger Insurance Company for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Several of the defendants, namely Tomlinson Avionics, Inc., Tomlinson Avionics of Mississippi, Inc., and Carey Tomlinson, Administrator of the Estate of Michael D. Tomlinson, agree that the motion should be granted and have thus not filed a response in opposition.
