Before the Court is Iglesia Episcopal Puertorriqueña, Inc., Hospital Episcopal San Lucas, Inc., Servicios Generales Epis-copates, Inc., and Servicios de Salud Epis-copates’ (collectively, “defendants”) motion to dismiss the second amended complaint for failure to join an indispensable party pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procer dure 12(b)(7) (“Rule (12)(b)(7)”).
