Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Teresi, J.), rendered February 5, 2013 in Albany County, convicting defendant upon her plea of guilty of the crime of attempted burglary in the second degree.

Pursuant to a negotiated agreement that satisfied charges stemming from six residential burglaries, defendant waived indictment and entered a plea of guilty to attempted burglary in the second degree as charged in a superior court information.
