— In an action to recover damages on a contract guarantee, the plaintiff appeals (1) from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Hand, J.), entered December 15, 1989, which denied its motion for summary judgment, and (2) as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the same court, entered February 8, 1990, as, upon reargument, adhered to the original determination.
Ordered that the appeal from the order entered December 15, 1989, is dismissed, as that order was superseded by the order entered February 8, 1990, made upon reargument, and it is further,
