Roy Don Stroud (“Don Stroud”), as trustee of the Roy Don Stroud Revocable Living Trust, and his son, Mark Don Stroud (“Mark Stroud”), as trustee of the Myrtle Jean Stroud Revocable Living Trust (collectively, “the Strouds”), claim that Hall County’s maintenance of a road that abuts their property has caused flooding and other damage to it. The Strouds appeal from the trial court’s order granting summary judgment to the County on their claims.
