This is an action at law brought to recover on two separate causes of action. In one, the plaintiff seeks to recover royalties in the sum of $2,199.99 on account of certain license contracts referred to as Straight Side license contracts, and, in the other, plaintiff seeks to recover royalties on a certain license contract referred to herein as the E. Z. Pale contract, in the sum of $3,375.

The facts out of which it is claimed these separate alleged causes of action arose are distinctly dissimilar' and require separate discussion.
