Petitioner, Dr. Dulal Bhattachar-jee, has petitioned the Court for review of the May 23, 2002 order of the State Board of Medicine which granted the petition filed by the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs (Bureau) on May 23, 2002 for the automatic suspension of Petitioner’s medical license. Petitioner specialized in endocrinology and maintained his medical practice in Monroe County.
