OPINION AND ORDER
GARCIA-GREGORY, District Judge.
Pending before the Court is a Motion to Dismiss, filed by defendants on January 14th, 2005. (Docket No. 15). For the reasons set forth below, the Court GRANTS the Motion.
FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
On January 15th, 2002, plaintiff Frances Soto-Rivera (“Soto-Rivera”) began working as a Librarian I in the General Library of the University of Puerto Rico at Maya-guez (“UPR”).
