Karahadian Ranches, Inc. (Karahadian) seeks review of a decision of the Agricultural Labor Relations Board (ALRB or board) which determined that it committed a number of unfair labor practices during the spring of 1977. We conclude that the decision should be upheld.

Karahadian is an agricultural employer subject to the Agricultural Labor Relations Act (Lab. Code, § 1140 et seq. [ALRA]).
