Kesler, John Kesler, Elizabeth Kesler, Charles Kesler and Anna Kesler, to quiet title to a parcel of land approximately 50 by 100 feet, being a part of lot 3, block 27, in the city of Forest Grove of this State. All the facts have been agreed upon, either by admissions in the pleadings or by stipulation.

Plaintiff concedes by his motion for a rehearing that the conclusion reached, as to the alleged estoppel, is correct, but still insists that upon the facts shown a court of equity would have reformed the first deed to conform to the intent of the parties as recited in the second deed, and that that which equity would have decreed may be done by the parties themselves and the same effect will be given the result.
