We issued two writs of certiorari under the above-entitled numbers in order to review actions of the Superior Court connected with' the appeal and review by certiorari of a judgment rendered by the District Court. The facts are the following: On April 9, 1958, in the District Court, San Juan Part, Lawrence R.
