Appellant, Bennie Tate, acting by and through his father as next friend, sued ap-pellee to recover compensation under the Compensation Act for an injury received by him May 26, 1929, as an employee of the Petroleum Iron Works of Texas. Appellee was the insurance carrier under said act.
Appellant filed his claim for compensation with the Industrial Accident Board, and the board made its final award on December 5, 1929, awarding to him the sum of $9.42, the insurer admitting liability, and the board, holding that claimant had failed to establish any further incapacity, finally and fully…
