A jury convicted defendant John G. Pi-cone of knowingly burning an automobile owned by another in violation of § 569.055, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1986. The court sentenced him to ten years imprisonment as a persistent offender. He now claims that the trial court erred in overruling his motion for a judgment of acquittal because the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction. We affirm the judgment.
