OPINION

TIPTON, Judge.

The defendant, Norman Bernard Butler, appeals as of right from his conviction for criminally negligent homicide, a Class E felony, which he received in a jury trial in the Dickson County Circuit Court. He was sentenced as a Range I, standard offender to two years of which one year is to be served in confinement and to perform two hundred hours of public service work.
