In this case, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (“the Commonwealth”) appeals from the order of court granting the motion to suppress evidence filed by Miguel Maldonado (“Maldonado”). We reverse.

The facts underlying this appeal are as follows. On November 9, 2008, Philadelphia Police Officer Christian Buckman (“Officer Buckman”) was on patrol in his police cruiser when he observed that the registration sticker on the Oldsmobile in front of him was expired.
