On conviction for burglary and theft of property, the appellant was sentenced to twelve and six years respectively. His only argument for reversal is that his confession should not have been introduced into evidence.

Sometime prior to 10:30 A.M. on January 22, 1982, appellant was picked up for questioning regarding a burglary and theft. At about 10:45 A.M. the same day, he was read his rights and advised of the charges of which he was suspected.
