This is an appeal from a judgment of the Livingston County Court granting custody of two children in a habeas corpus proceeding instituted by their father against their mother and maternal grandparents.

The father relied upon a judgment rendered April 16, 1952, by the circuit court of Warwick County, Virginia, awarding him a divorce and the custody of the children. A copy of such a judgment bearing attestation of the clerk and seal of the court was filed in the proceeding.
