Waitt Outdoor Corp.1 (Waitt) appeals the circuit court’s judgment finding $11,000 was adequate consideration paid at a public tax foreclosure sale for a billboard previously owned by Waitt and for which Waitt owed delinquent property taxes. Waitt raises two points on appeal.
