Memorandum Opinion of the Court

Petitioner has filed a pleading entitled “Notice of Appeal, Nunc Pro Tunc. Motion to Perfect Appeal in Forma Pauperis.” Inasmuch as there is no provision for filing or other fees in this Court, and since, on application, military counsel may, in an appropriate case, be appointed for a petitioner, there is no necessity for a *243“motion to perfect appeal in forma pau-peris.” Accordingly, the Court takes no action on said motion.
