*1678Memorandum: Defendant appeals from an order determining that he is a level three risk under the Sex Offender Registration Act ([SORA] Correction Law § 168 et seq.). Contrary to defendant’s contention, County Court properly assessed 15 points for his history of drug or alcohol abuse as recommended in the risk assessment instrument prepared by the Board of Examiners of Sex Offenders. The court’s determination to accept that recommendation is supported by the requisite clear and convincing evidence (see generally § 168-n [3]), including defendant’s admission of drug and alcohol use as set forth…
