Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Ingram, J.), rendered August 31, 2011, as amended September 2, 2011, convicting him of attempted murder in the second degree, assault in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
