The object of this case is to determine to whom Wm. M“'Broom, late sheriff of Madison county, shall pav a sum of money made by a sale of the property of one Egbert Harris; which was levied on and sold by virtue of two executions, one in favo: of said Simon Turner, and trie other in favor of the said Francis E.
